When I said "the Extremum is a bet" I was not kidding!
Now I can say that the bet is won: with this oil we have proven to skeptics that the Taggiasca olives you can do great things, even oils that compete with the best Italian light fruity and beyond. We won for two consecutive years (2014-2015) the national competition "L'Orciolo D'Oro" in the light fruity category, we received the 2014 Gambero Rosso guide "Miglior fruttato leggero" prize (in addition to the "tre foglie" in guide).
In 2016 we achieved the award "Azienda del Cuore 2016", we entered the Top 20 of the International guide "Flos Olei 2016", we obtained the First prize in the competition "Ercole Olivario 2016", the First prize in the competition "Aipo d'argento", both in light fruity, the First prize in the competition "MOOOIC 2016" in the medium fruity, while the First prize in the single variety, and at last the Second prize in the competition "Oil World Records 2016" where the competitors were only award-winning oils in other competitions in previous years.

Our commitment and passion combined with a great cultivar helped us, but there is still much work to be done; we have to improve and reach new goals without forgetting the most important thing: to produce an oil that can give always exciting, with its own personality, a different and unique oil which is the Extremum Cru monocultivar Taggiasca.
